"The house was beautiful and clean! So spacious inside also! Game room and movie theater room plus outdoor space with pool left our kids with so many fun things to do when we weren’t in the parks! The decor is very tasteful and well done and the kids rooms especially Harry Potter room are magical for adults and kids alike! Neighborbood was difficult to drive through but crowds likely due to Thanksgiving week. Lisette was very responsive to any message I sent! Very helpful and also informative!...

"Had my son's birthday all planned out and I followed every piece of instructions they gave me and because they had a problem with their system scanning my face for the ID recognition even when I emailed them a selfie with me holding my driver's license and a picture of my bank card with my same name all information matching they canceled my stay 1 hour before my check-in when I had my bags all packed and ready to go in the car completely ruined my son's birthday if I can give -5 Stars I would"
