“Very friendly staff! Quick and easy check-in! Very clean lobby and smelled clean when you walked in. Very clean room and bathroom. Carpet in our room looked a little older, but did not have a smell. Great breakfast! I would definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Our check engine light came on while in route to Atlanta from Dallas fathers day weekend. Long story short, we had to have our Escalade towed to Wagner Cadillac (engine failure ended up needing the entire engine replaced). We broke down right off 20, and parked at Pilot. Booked a Lyft to drop us off at 12 Oaks. “Ive been to Lindale maybe 8 times over the past few years and the staff has always been friendly and has always made my stay comfortable. Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are literally next door but I always end up staying at Best Western because I have always enjoyed my stay even when I have been in another city ”
