"First great location!!! The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins. It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer! The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous. Overall recommend! "

"We were staying at this place for our honeymoon and I couldn’t ask for a better place. The location was marvelous. You are essentially right on the water and can hear the waves crashing at night. The interiors were well kept modern and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again."

"Walking distance to Poipu, although we opted for the short drive to carry snorkeling gear, chairs, et al. Also walking distance to Rim Fire, one of our favorite restaurants. I would rate this specific unit as being one of the best locations on the entire Plantation property. Upstairs, which is a better view and quieter than downstairs. The balcony has an unobstructed view over the lawn to the ocean."

"Very old condo, bathrooms are not updated at all - floors coming up, old 70’s lighting, no AC - luckily it was so windy there was more than a breeze. The loft upstairs has carpet and stayed wet due to the climate and is very moldy. You can see the mold and dirt on the steps of the stairs. Refrigerator leaks inside. No water from the fridge. "This was a great home for our extended family vacation in Kauai. An easy walk to a number of beaches and a couple of eateries.
