“Prefect for what we needed, a place to stay because the family lake house was full. Everything was clean and functional. The location was convenient to Lake Winnepesauke and Melvin Village. It is a mid-century motel that has been updated. Classic look. Park right outside the room door. ”

“We stayed for one night and loved the tent and surroundings. The tent is super cozy, very pretty and a cool experiance to sleep in.”

“Pleasantly surprised. Property was uniquely set up, with many choices of room types. Motel style, cottage style, etc. I'm guessing a young couple bought it and are refurbishing it themselves, a little at a time. It's going to need more work, but it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. It had a little kitchenette, a king bed and a single bed. TV was a little weird, but it was a final stop in a 5 day vacation. I would absolutely stay there again, and we may go before the summer ends to……

“Real new place - we were some of the first to stay. Driveway a little hard to spot at night on arrival. Great beds and pillows. beach passes for some of the nearby beaches included. Quiet, clean, and peaceful.”

“Nice house in a beautiful location. Loved having the dock for the rental boat. Place was clean as a whistle when we arrived and the s’mores gift bag was a lovely touch. Kitchen is reasonably equipped for basic cooking and the gas grill was terrific. We were two and it was great, but with only 1 bathroom I don’t think you’d want to have a full house. ”

“The house is huge and has pretty much everything that we needed. It is located close to the river and the lake, and only about an hour from Portland. We loved our stay. I will consider coming there again for a longer vacation. ”
