“Very barebones hotel. Room with the beds was clean, but has a musty smell during the entire length of stay. The bathroom was very much in need of improvements. Black mold was showing through the paint around the shower stall. Great water pressure though. Cleanliness was also questionable. Thick black hair stuck to wall in a couple places in the bathroom.”

“I am writing to request a refund for my recent stay due to multiple maintenance issues that made my room unacceptable. During my stay, I experienced the following problems: 1. The shower had virtually no water pressure. It was so poor that I had to lean over the tub faucet just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. 2. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. 3.The electronic door lock appeared to have an electrical malfunction, making a constant clicking/clinking noise……

“We stayed 3 nights here. The room was not very clean and very dated also super small. You could roll out of bed and be in the bathroom. The door was felt loose and you could see outside through the crack in the door. Bathroom door had mud all over the bottom of it and the walls were half painted and the ceiling had some issues to. Tub faucet also leaked non stop. Water pressure was terrible. Had to asked everytime you wanted to use the pool and a lot of times the owners were no where to be……
