“Good place to stay”

“Strange smell. Really bad smell in the stairwell, hallway and seeping into the room. The light switch did not work upon entering. The bathroom light switch also turned on the vent and it was loud and noisy, but not dark. Dripping bathtub, grungy toilet. I slept with my clothes on and got out of there as quick as possible. Not to forget the smokers hanging out by the back door with a rug propping it open.”

“Overall, we had a pretty good stay, but there were definitely a few things that could be improved. The room itself was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a balcony off our room. The property seemed well maintained, and the location was convenient—not far from the beach and other places we wanted to visit. We specifically chose the room because it had a jacuzzi, so it was disappointing that the water never got very hot. The shower also had extremely poor water……

“Trash was taken out daily but the beds weren't made. There was no cutlery available inside the room it had to be requested. Also only 1 of the sockets in 1 of the power outlets was working properly. No guest available ice machine either which was highly frustrating.”
