"I had a reservation for three nights and I only stayed one night, because of the conditions of the room, it had a strong smell of humidity, the covers were wet, the walls, chairs, bathroom were dirty. Don’t believe the pictures. The only positive thing it was the location, very close to the Sapa station. "

Location can be tricky to find (Google maps isn’t accurate) and road in can be tough for heavy luggages when coming up. Given fantastic food around, I would skip their breakfasts.
