"This complex is nice for families going to theme parks etc. I booked it to do a IM 70.3 race in Haines City. The location address said Davenport, it was actually in Kissimmee. Instead of being 10 min. away from the event requiring arrival @530 in the am, I was 45 minutes away. When I got to the gate Friday night I called the owner to get the gate code who then informed me I had to pay an $80 cleaning fee and a $250 security deposit.
