“Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended.”

“The perfect spot! I cannot say enough about our 2 night stay at Burdett House B&B: beautiful inside and out with a smart mix of time period and functional pieces. Details from local soaps/lotion to snack area upstairs, room key on vintage key, wrap around porch decorated for fall, cozy room with attached bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and delicious in their inviting dining room. Ashley and Dave’s recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, bars, wineries were spot on, especially Here……

“Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. ”
