“The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it……
“Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.”
“Very basic room, not even a hot pot or coffee in room. The hotel is in need of a renovation . The area and roads around the hotel are under construction and very heavy car as well as foot traffic due to the hospital and medical facilities around the hotel. Very small tight parking lot. Staff are very nice .”
