They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. "My family and I stayed 4 days, throughout the entire stay the staff was extremely hospitable! The whole experience was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking! The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! I loved everything about this stay!"
