"Lovely resort for family stay. We stayed for 4 nights prior to a 2 week tour of Vietnam that started in Hanoi. Great resort - lovely indoor and outdoor pools, duplex room ideal for family of 4, large leafy site with electric buggies to ferry you between room and reception/restaurants. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away.
