"We stayed in a family room by the pool. It was awesome. Great property. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Pool was warm. Hot tub could be hotter. Wish there was a microwave in the room. Pool was very nice, and while the resort does overall seems family friendly, the pool is overall somewhat small and includes a swim up bar...so kids jumping, thrashing, splashing around isn't necessarily compatible. I did feel like I had to police my kids quite a bit to prevent them splashing people...

"This is a very low budget resort. We were without hot water for the entirety of our stay. The breakfast offered was nothing to talk about. The thermal springs and pools was the nicest part as it allowed us to be outside our room that was so poor to even stay in. The nicest thing was the springs cat that stayed outside and greeted us. "
