“The place was occupied and booking by another tenants, it was make me waste my time to drive there and have not rest for whole night. Even the owner replace a new unit but with bad condition and dirty. ”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

“We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard before we could park and check in. After 3 different conversations with the guard and another hotel receptionist from a nearby hotel, we were eventually directed to a completely different hotel reception down the hill 5 mins drive away, where we were told that we need to use an app to check in, despite us having driven to a different location! This then took a long time to do, the instructions to collect keys were slow to arrive……

“Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony……
