Aberdeen Harbour Tours

Horrible Hotel, my single bed room was very small. It faced the busy street. Loud vehicle noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the room next to me. There is no front desk and I didn't see any employees during my three night stay. Key code to open the hotel front door. Once inside use your Key code to open the lock box and get your room key.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Restaurant food was amazing. Hotel room was lovely and big enough for the 3 of us. Hotel was lovely and clean. Had a small disappointment when bathroom was not cleaned on request.

Room was not ready on arrival had to wait 45 minutes to get in which after a long drive was not ideal. Reason we chose this hotel was the 2pm check in time. Carpet was all ruffled and stretched out, bed was on an angle. Could do with updating
