“Very old dated hotel, angry little man on reception gav or Greig with glasses can’t remember but he was really bad to deal with.. avoid this place they took over an old Marriott or Mercure and renamed it to try squeeze the last of it out the hotel.. it’s ancient..”

“The room was clean. However, we stayed 4 nights and never had a housekeeping visit. We had to ask for clean towels and coffee replenishment. The other issue i had was the fact people were smoking very close to the entrance and the lobby smelled of cigarettes. The front desk staff were warm and helpful.”
