“This was a perfect stay over location for us when we were traveling between Europe and home, and wanted to spend an evening in NYC. “I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal.
