Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly.

The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.

Our room was really spacious and having a kitchen was really useful - perfect for a large family. The workout room was also really nice with a beautiful sauna. We really appreciated the location - right across from the park. Everyone that helped us during our stay was kind and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Very basic hotel, no servicing of room, had get our own fresh towels. Light didn’t work in room. It’s very old and tired, needs refurbishing. Staff helpful but no English. Breakfast was really good and dinner was nice.
