The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. ...

The property has plenty of spaces and is fully equipped for log stays. It is located centrally between many attractive locations. However, although the owner tried to help us, shower water was cold and hardly warm for one or two showers. One more challenge was that there is no sound insulation whatsoever. ...
