"It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed who brought meals to my room on two occassions for his courtesy and professionalism. The housekeeping staff also did a great job. They need to tag their two entrances (on opposite sides) on Google maps because Uber drivers and customers often get confused on where exactly the pick up is. While the hotel is strategically located close yo Al-Balad, there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. "

"I stayed overnight and all went very well from arrival to departure. Large room. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was very laege and spotless way better than any 5* of Mecca or Madinah. The one and only setback was that the entrancy of the hotel is a very busy and noisy main road, making it impossible to walk jn the neighberhood. That said, I would come back and also recommend it."
