“Very nice property and nice unit. The only issue was getting in and check out at the property and no instructions inside the unit or help/guide. Checkout process etc. We had like 6:30am checkout and we didn’t know where to drop the keys. There was no Dropbox. The main gates were gated and since we left the keys in the condo, there was no way to get out of the property. We had called a taxi and had to climb out of the property to reach airport on time. No one answered the numbers listed. Also you……

The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese.
