“Check in was easy although a handful of staff didn’t speak English very well. It would have been nice if there was a cart service to bring your golf clubs from the reception to the golfing areas as it’s a good 5min walk. There are enough dining areas on the grounds to keep you entertained after a game of golf.”

“The hotel appeared short staffed. One lady seemed to take breakfast orders one by one. We waited over 30 minutes for coffee and toast. Also asked whilst at breakfast if we minded the that the rooms weren’t being cleaned that day!!”

“Clean very small room for a superior room, booked a sea view and got a side sea view very disappointing, no wear to put clothes just a couple of shelves, no table, no bath as advertised in picture. Breakfast, a good choice, but the bacon was not cooked enough, and the food overall was not hot enough luck warm. Overall a poor hotel for a 4 star. Bar was ok but not enough staff to serve everyone that was waiting.”

“Best hotel in Torrevieja! Awesome rooms, restaurants, gym... Service is always great!!”

“Spotlessly clean. Good communication. Plenty parking.”

“Fantastic hotel”

“Nos atendieron fenomenal, destacando la recepcionista argentina que fue resolutiva y muy atenta. Mejoraría la atención y el servicio del desayuno...no me gustó como fuimos atendidos..por no decir que se olvidaron de prepararnos los 2 revueltos que pedimos..no hubo mala atención ni malas maneras... simplemente se nos ignoró desde el momento uno. Por todo lo demás... excelente”

“Very good”

“My wife and I stayed for just over a week. The hotel was in a great central location close to bars and restaurants. The room was spacious with a good size balcony and keep very clean. The breakfast that was offered complimentary was excellent and highly recommended”

“Arrived 4pm, until 5pm the frontdesk didn’t found the room key. They asked me not to wait in front of the desk, she asked me to stay away in the lobby… As new room was handled, everything was good. No refrigerator”

“Alojamiento encantador, super tranquilo, habitaciones modernas, buen desayuno, todo fenomenal.”

“Love this place. Have a young family and it’s just great. Safe, clean, suite was good size, aircon worked, amazing views. It’s a golf hotel so don’t expect waterslides but the pool is huge and clean and we saw rabbits and woodpeckers”

“Personal muy amable y servicial”

“My wife was unable to get to the swimming pool area due to having to climb down steps and there is no ramp. Parking is only street parking”

“The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Mine even had a balcony where I sat and had lunch. The location is excellent 3 minutes walk from the bus station a big supermarket on your doorstep and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast is ok you get a cup of proper coffee a couple of croissants and a toasted bread loaf”

“Spotless stayed here a few times solo. Perfect for me. 24 front desk quiet lift in property. Breakie next door.”
