The staff were nice and it was convenient to restaurants but the hallways were very musty smelling in the Deluxe building and my floor was not real clean in my room. The breakfast was nice. You purchase ice bags but only $1.00 as no ice machines.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, from setting up breakfast and replenishing coffee machines to resolving any issues with our room. They worked as a team, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Christina for her exceptional attention. Through our conversation, I could tell that she genuinely loves her job and understands her role as a manager. However, she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty and make sure that everything is running smoothly, the rooms are clean, and trying different products to remove stains left from the construction crew. Thank you and we appreciate what you do everyday!

We loved everything about this rental. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook, plus full size "house" refrigerator. Nice touches with throw pillows, books on the nightstands, cute decor -- even baskets by the door to throw all our clutter. Full size shower/tub and decent bathroom countertop. We loved the shared upstairs porch where we could watch the beach. We loved being able to bring our dog too.

Maria and the staff at Bay Vista were amazing and so helpful during our family stay. The property was very close to the beach.
