Initially had to wait in office for another attendant to come as the first “didn’t know how to check in. Then when the attendant came in, presented as disgruntled and didn’t understand why the other didn’t help. When we got our room key, we notice a smell immediately in room, which we noticed possible black mold from wall ac unit. The TV also wasn’t working to which we walked back to office to ask for assistance since no room phone. We noticed the office was closed. Back in the room, fridge was hot, couldn’t put our leftovers in. Sheets weren’t cleaned. Baby roaches in bathroom and main room. Chair provided was broke and husband slipped back injuring back. No cold water in sink, hot water yes but sprayed out ridiculously making hard to use. When going to plug in our charger, it’s sparked, shocking me. Now this was at 10pm which I understand is late. As we finally got through to customer service, they were going to refund us due to all the issues. Hour and half later someone knocks on our door, the attendant for hotel. Not asking about the issues we had to assist in fixing any of it, but stating if we asked for refund, to which my husband informed yes and why. He said ok to go with him as we needed to leave then he can refund us. We had to stay since we were exhausted from day and it was very late. Completely devastated on this place!!! Good thing was the firmness of bed to which we ended up having to sleep on top of it

The room was beautiful , clean and had everything we needed for 3 days , right on the beach was so convient and very close to restaurants and gift shops. The air conditioner kept the room very cold and we really appreciated that. The shower had shampoo conditioner and body wash and plenty of towels for 4 people. Fridge was huge and held our groceries , there was even a blender !! I really had an amazing stay my kids loved the room and I have zero regrets I would recommend and I will more than likely be back again.

We had a great time here. It was close to the beach and shops. However the first day a maid entered our condo after 4pm. Never knocked just let herself in to get ice.. the door knobs on the patio area are rusted and loose. The door knobs on the bathrooms are loose. The ice maker drips causing the ice to freeze in a large chunk. The refrigerator and stove are old and rusty. The entire room has a musty smell, like it's damp all the time the room could use an air purifier it would help with the moisture. Overall it met our needs and it was easy on the pocket book.

Clean rooms , Great Communication, Very quiet Location. Nice pool area, the kitchen came Equipped with Pots, pans and all I needed to cook. It was truly a Home away From Home
