The hotel is new, opened in 2025. The hotel and room were very clean, all employees were polite and nice. However the beds are very very firm, and our toilet would not flush throughout our 2 night stay. They sent up a maintenance worker the first night who said it was ok, but it definitely would not flush with us testing it for the maintenance worker. Also there is free parking on the side streets if you can find a spot instead of paying $33/ night for the parking garage.

The staff is very nice and they did some accommodation for my husband and I.

Regarding VIP access, I did inquire about any perks but wasn’t offered any. At check-in upgrading wasn’t offered. I did request a few extra bottles of water (there were 2 in the room and I stayed 3 nights) but was told that I would have to purchase them. I found Dawn, the restaurant, disappointing and ate elsewhere ~ I had hoped to eat at the hotel each morning. I hadn’t thought to look into if there was an onsite gym and there is not, the hotel offers a deal at another location but it isn’t convenient. My last night at the hotel there was an electronic tone that lasted for hours: I didn’t feel like I could go to Dawn/restaurant area and request a room change so dealth with it. I would not stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and we were accommodated when we check in and check out as well. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel cafe and the food was pretty good. Market ope 24 hours which it is convenient. Super close distance to Broadway. We were able to walk to all places totally recommend. Across the hotel there was an amazing Asian restaurant.
