“Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect.
When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced.
