"My Place hotel is a great budget friendly hotel that allows a family to save on money while traveling and not having to sacrifice cleanliness or comfort. From the start the check in staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room included a nice add on kitchen with a full fridge and hot plate for longer stay guests. The beds were comfortable (one was a little squeaky) and the bathroom was clean. My Place is for people who are just looking to save money and not have to pay for all the extras that other hotels have to include in the rate fee to maintain their property like the pool. There was no included breakfast but had to option to add on a drop-off simple breakfast. Overall if needed and visiting the area again we would definitely consider this hotel again. It is also convenient in location to many restaurants and tourist locations."

"Casey M., at the front desk is a jewel! Our first room had a bed that felt like it sloped into the middle, after team members tired to fix the slats, Casey quickly gave us another room! Thanks Casey! Also, highly recommend walking to the Rock River behind the hotel to the Harold park area, very pleasant to sit on the swing & watch the river roll by. We will be back!"

"Great location. Loved the river views with all the tall windows. Breakfast has a lot of options. Top floor lounge is very relaxing. The Hyatt house option is the best hotel layout I’ve seen. Perfect. "
