Great for families
Annecy is an incredible location for active families (teens aged 12,14,14) who love great food, the our doors, history, scenery and an authentic experience. As most of the reviews say the climb with luggage is a bit challenging but once settled in it’s an incredible, easy to use, modern apartment with everything a teenage family needs. We stayed for three nights over a weekend - parked the car 200m away and used the local website to pay for street parking - free in Sundays. We found the 27 pages of instructions a little daunting but helpful and everything has been thought of to help with family logistics. Cooking, laundry, drying etc generous body products and very comfy beds. We cycled the lake twice. Visited the incredible Sunday markets. Walked the streets and soaked up the atmosphere on the lake front. Great value and extremely central.

Great Place to Visit Annecy
We had a great stay! There was a parking garage nearby, and everything was in walking distance. We loved returning to the apartment after a day of biking around the lake. We didn't mind the 4 flights up, because the apartment and location are very unique, and in the old town. We were also very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. I am particular about that. We had a great time!

Beautiful Apartment in Old City
Located on the 4th floor this modern apartment has everything you need for a luxurious stay. The location is excellent with restaurants, weekend markets and all the key tourist attractions in easy walking distance. Highly recommended apartment. Wonderful hosts.

Charming and Great Location
Much care has been spent by the owners on the apt. Great location in old town close to shops, restaurants and the lake. Very clean. Note: 4 flights of stairs. Highly recommend. Great place. It was nice to have both washer and dryer, and toilet is separate from shower and sink which was convenient with 4 people sharing.

Adorable apartment with 3 separate sleeping areas in great location near restaurants and shops. Lots of stairs to climb to get there and no A/C but for us it was perfect as weather was cooler.

Everything was just wonderful and clean! Wish the listing while have mentioned that it was on the 5th floor with no elevator. With no AC, an extra fan or 2 in the living room/kitchen area would have been great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Perfect location!

The best place on earth!
Our time in Annecy was spectacular and it is now my favorite place on earth. Jean-Pierre was so helpful and the apartment is spectacular; our favorite in a month in Europe across five countries. It is four difficult flights of stairs, but as long as you’re able-bodied, you will love it and it has everything you need for a great stay. We stayed during a very hot week, and our only complaint was that there isnt’ AC and we had three fans, but they weren’t quite keeping the place cool enough. So perhaps a few additional fans would have helped. Outside of this, I cooked several meals and everything was so well laid out. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is pristine! We had a wonderful time biking around the lake and hired bikes at Cyclable Annecy. We highly recommend the Faux Filet house speciality at L’Etage for dinner just below the apartment, and the Mussels Mariners across the street at L’Abbaye.

Bel appartement bien situé
Appartement bien décoré, bien équipé et idealement placé pour devouvrir le vieil Annecy et profiter du lac à pieds. Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur une semaine de canicule et le manque de ventilation et sa situation dans une rue animée ont rendu les nuits difficiles.

Super séjour dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire est très précis sur les indications avant le séjour et très disponible pendant le séjour. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Il est tout est neuf et très bien pensé. C'était très agréable. De plus l'appartement est super bien passé en plein centre d'annecy et à 2 min du bord du lac, tout en etant très calme/ Seul petit bémol: il fait chaud dans l'appartement car il est sous les toits. Mais ça on y peut pas grand chose ! Merci Jean-Pierre pour votre accueil.

Unterm Dach mitten in Annecy
Wunderschöne Wohnung, gut gelegen in einer Fußgängerzone und schnell erreichbar vom See. Schon der mittelalterliche Innenhof des Hinterhauses ist beeindruckend. Trotz Dachgeschoss waren die sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr gut zu ertragen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass die Geräusche von der Straße kaum zu hören sind. Von einem Fenster hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Schloss.

Excellent week end!
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé. L'appartement et son emplacement y sont pour beaucoup. Je conseille vivement ce logement, pour 4 ou 5 (avec 2 lits 2 personnes). L emplacement pour un lit bébé est largement faisable dans l une quelconque des chambres.
