Super endroit. Possible de faire de faire à pied plusieurs points d’intérêt à proximité de 15-20 minutes. L’alhambra est cependant à plus de 35 minutes du secteur et pas facile à pied compte tenu des montées. Je recommande pour l’ensemble

Amazing hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at La Casa Juan Ranas. It was mid October so the weather was still warm and the local area was vibrant. The view from my suite’s terrace, was truly breathtaking - the best view of Alhambra! It was memorable having breakfast on my terrace and seeing the whole of Granada sprawling beneath the palace. The staff and hotel owner were great and made sure no request was too much - they were really friendly and helpful, arranging trips to the Alhambra. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious! Fresh, authentic and made with care. The room was clean with a lovely decor. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

This was my third or fourth stay at this hotel, and I returned because my previous experiences had always been excellent. This was my first visit during high season, however, and unfortunately it wasn’t quite the same. Be careful when booking a “Garden View” room. Mine had no real garden view, it faced the white walls of surrounding buildings, with barely any sky visible, making the room very dark. The terrace only had a tiny planted area with a few cacti. The staff were very helpful and offered me a good rate to upgrade, which I really appreciated. The new room was much better, but unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, with quite a lot of hair from the previous guest around the sink and on the floor. This was the first time I had such an experience here, so perhaps it was simply due to the very busy season. Overall, it is still a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a fantastic pool, great facilities, delicious food, beautiful views, and genuinely friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is good but I won’t come back they need to improve it is old
