Beautifully presented throughout 2 bedrooms apartment is a short walk from the University, Research Park, Tesco and the hospital. Both bedrooms are fully furnished and there's a separate walk-in wardrobe room for added convenience.  
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV with Netflix, and fast WiFi. You'll also have access to a private garden and a dedicated parking space.

Amazing apartment. Beautifully decorated and upgraded. Perfectly clean. Private well-kept garden. Large parking spot. Clean neat driveway. Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! Absolutely worthwhile.. wish we had known about this with our many visits to Guildford previously - would have avoided some horrors!Rent with no trepidation and full expectation of perfect!
