Here\`s why... ✨All new beds ✨Full office plus 2 additional desks throughout the home ✨Master suite with full bathroom, fireplace and reading chairs ✨Unbelievable decor and references to Harry Potter throughout every inch of the house ✨Close to EVERYTHING. Downtown : 1 minute drive (10 minute walk). Mall : 8 minutes. Green Bay : 35 minutes. Oshkosh : 25 minutes. You\`ll have access to the entire house. No garage access. Safe, residential neighborhood right at the north edge of downtown. Walk just a few blocks and you\`re on College Ave with loads of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Uber and Lyft are available. The city is SUPER easy to navigate if you\`re driving yourself. NO parties. NO smoking. This is an amazing home with lots of charm. We ask that you enjoy it and treat it gently, so that others can enjoy it after you. \- We want you to enjoy everything our house has to offer. All we ask is that you treat It with respect and leave it in the same good, working condition you found it in. \- Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home. \- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home.
