"Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property and grounds were pristine. We had the chef prepare our dinners and would highly recommend, he did an excellent job! We also had an unforgettable 6 hour private boat tour of the lake, it's a must do if you stay at the villa! The host Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one, and we look forward to staying here on our next trip to Lake Como. Five stars and two thumbs up for this property and host!"

"- lovely villa with big garden, nice views & all stuff you want to spent holdiday; some minor point (could be better): - good beds in all rooms (only parentroom had good bed) - repair of Wifi when it's not working (took 4 days) - barking of dogs neighbour sometimes more then half an hour continuously - a working gate (electronically)"
