“Overall, a great place. Close to restaurants and the bus. We use the bus and Ferry to get around Lake Como.”

“The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. The only real issue I had was the listed address is completely wrong so it took some detective work to figure out exactly where the property was located, which was a pain as it required us to turn around on the……

“Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room……

“We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Edy, and especially appreciated the warmth of the staff. The rooms were not large but had everything we needed. It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and the pool was wonderful. Special thanks to Christine who stayed late to check us in after a day of travel delays, and to Sidney and Abershen……

“We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking……

“Wir waren das zweite Mal im La Darsena und waren wie beim letzten Besuch sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist super, alle Mitarbeitenden sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit Englisch aber auch teilweise Deutsch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Auswahl und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant am Abend ist ein absolutes Highlight. “Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles……
