“It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to……

“Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.”

“Absolutely fantastic property, Manolis was a brilliant host and very friendly. The villa is beautiful and so clean. We came with our baby and they provided and lovely travel cot and high chair at no extra charge. The housekeeper was also very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay again. “Wir haben zwei Zimmer (eines für unsere Tochter) in den Bali Suites gebucht. Optisch modern, zeigt der Alltag aber deutliche Schwächen. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Die handwerkliche Qualität ist mäßig (Fliesen), Zimmertüren schließen nur mit viel Schwung. Klima & Sanitär: In unserem Zimmer tropft die Klimaanlage……

“Sehr einfaches Haus , Privatspähre auf Aussenbereichen nicht gegeben , da die Zimmer sehr eng und ohne Abtreung verbunden sind, Pool im Innenhof sehr klein , maximal 8 Liegen , Zimmerservice okay, Handtuchwechsel alle 3 Tage, Sonntag kein Zimmerservice , Frühstücksbuffetbereich räumlich viel zu klein, Gedecke müssen selbst aufgetragen werden und abgeräumt werden, deshalb waren wir in dem 3 W8chen nur 2x dort, Zufahrt zum Hotel äusserst steil ....alles in allem sollte man wissem , dass das Haus……
