Adjacent to the living room is a conservatory/dining room with patio doors onto the rear garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and provide a peaceful atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience. There is an outhouse located within the garage which conveniently provides space to securely store bikes as well as having a washing machine, dryer, sink and hanging space for wet clothes. Outside, you’ll find a lovely garden area with a patio, equipped with outdoor furniture. It’s a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

In and around this location you’ll find an abundance of activities and walks to explore. some highlights are the Dovedale Stepping Stones, offering natural beauty, limestone ravines and a picturesque river, it is an excellent location for scenic walks. Alton Towers which is a renowned theme park, it guarantees a day full of fun and excitement for all. There is a golf club nearby for golf enthusiasts, the course is one of the best in the area and offers beautiful views and challenges for players of all skill levels. The Tissington Trail is perfect for walking or cycling, it follows the path of a former railway line and passes through picturesque countryside and charming villages.

Carsington Water is a short drive away and is a popular spot for watersports, including sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. The reservoir is also surrounded by walking and cycling trails which makes a great 8-mile route.
