We were put into a handicap room, which is not what we asked for. It was just blah. No furniture in the room was huge. It was like an apartment, but there was nothing in it except the bed. There was construction right underneath us, which made it very uncomfortable in the morning to try to sleep in

This is one of the finest hotels we have visited in Italy. Beautiful Italian design, careful and complete amenities, a lovely, menu-driven breakfast, and an outstanding dinner. It is well-situated to visit the old city. If for no other reason, visit Bari to stay here! (This is the most positive review I have ever written.)

Spacious room which was clean and serviced daily. Good breakfast and lunch selection of foods. Pool area was lovely, lots of loungers and bar service too. Hptel is approx 10mins in a taxi to old town. Cheaper to use local taxis rather than Uber.
