My only real “complaint” was that I could not “black out” my windows, and there more that ideal amount of light coming through my windows then I’d like for optimal sleep, but again, no concerning issues. "A beautiful hotel to spend with family and very accommodating. One tall African American man who works housekeeping was the most kindest and polite worker we have encountered in hotel service. Exceptional worker! The woman who worked in the kitchen area that cleaned and made the Mickey Mouse pancakes and offered fresh ones were amazing ! All workers were amazing! We had the best stay ! Pools are warm and hot tub is easy to use. "

"Spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Pool was wonderful and loved that there were towels and life jackets provided. The hotel used a texting service to provide updates on facilities closing/opening due to weather and for housekeeping requests. They will try to upsell you a timeshare but we knew this going into it was no surprise. Property itself was absolutely beautiful, well kept, and staff was friendly. Not incredibly convenient to basic shopping but not terrible unless you are traveling during the opening or closing of the parks. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying again in the future."
