"Check in was shown at 3pm however upon arrival reception was closed until 3.30pm. The apartment wasn’t clean. Thick dust in areas, toilets heavily stained, one bathroom we couldn’t use due to the drain smells and also the shower was broken. There were also big holes in the wall from where it looks ..."
