Amazing views of Lake Lugano from the restaurant and the rooms. Only thing lacking was politeness from the restaurant staff - they could smile more and improve their warmness to welcoming you.

Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely
