“The rooms and carpets are very tired. The bed was comfortable and everywhere is spotless. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They had a broken gutter outside our window which was very annoying as it rained heavily, but we reported it and hopefully maintenance have now repaired it.”
“We stayed here one night before our flight home. They gave us a room that was ultimately in the middle of a renovation room in the morning. A construction worker walked right into our locked room without knocking in the morning, unannounced. When we opened the door the whole section of our floor was under renovation. “The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction.
There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There……
“The courtyard B&B was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I. We were traveling through from Killarney to Galway and stayed one night in this hotel. It was clean, warm, friendly, and Seiff. We did the banquet at Bunratty Castle, which was fun and in walking distance from this B&B, the beds were so nice that we overslept and missed breakfast however, I can only imagine it was great given all the other factors in this day . highly recommend.”
