Villa Juliet on Willow Pond

This beautiful and quiet country Villa is one of three overlooking a peaceful horse farm and a small pond surrounded by peaceful willow trees. Willow Pond is only minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. This three-bedroom Villa will provide you and your guests the perfect escape.

The Space:
Design your stay, do as much or as little as you want.
- Comfy and private: Snuggle up inside. Or, have s'mores at your private firepit or in enjoy your private gazebo for an intimate evening overlooking Willow pond under the stars. (The fireplace is inactive)
- Adventure and fresh air: Fish, paddleboat, and catch frogs and turtles in Willow Pond.
- Explore the area: Your whole crew will enjoy exploring local antique shops, art galleries, breweries, and winery tours located only minutes from Willow Pond.
- Take a dip: Lake Michigan at your finger tips with numerous beach access options a very short drive way.

The villas at Willow Pond are pet-friendly and fully furnished.

- Each Villa includes a living room, dining area, furnished kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, two bathrooms (first-floor tub, upstairs shower), and laundry.
- Three-bedroom, Villa Juliet, (sleeps 6-7) has two first floor bedrooms (queen bed, full/twin bunk and an upstairs loft (queen bed)
- Two bedroom, Villa West, (sleeps 5 - 6) has one first floor bedroom (queen bed with a twin daybed and twin trundle) and an upstairs loft (queen bed)

Three-night minimum. Sorry, no check-in or Check-out on Saturday, Sundays, or holidays June through September. Villas are cleaned on the day of check-out between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm.

Pet rules:
1 dog considered per reservation, $75 dog fee per reservation, waiver must be signed:
-NO DOGS ON FURNITURE
-Please remove excess water/mud/dirt from your pet before entering the Villa or other public space.
-Dogs must be under control at all times. They are welcome to be off-leash as long as they do not wander out of your area or bother other guests, residents, or horses.
-Excessive barking will not be tolerated (we will ask you to leave).
-Dogs poop. It is your responsibility to clean up any of your dog’s poop from grass, sand, patio areas, and obviously from inside the Villa.
-If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another dog or a person, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Guest Access:
Guest check-in is private and electronic.

The Neighborhood:
The location is very private on a country road, but minutes from the small town of Bangor. The villa are surrounded by an active horse farm. While visiting the horses is not an offered amenity, they provide a beautiful view!

Other Things to Note:
More information on the horse farm is private and not permitted with your stay. Do not enter any fence or gate. Do not feed horses.
