This bright and airy mountain condo offers a spacious and partially-open floor plan with exquisite wooden accents throughout, adding a chic rustic touch. The inviting living room is equipped with a large smart TV, offering a fantastic spot to unwind after a great day on the slopes. The living room opens up to a private balcony boasting the most incredible mountain and ski views. Back inside, the condo's well-appointed kitchen is a chef's playground with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. A drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker are provided to please the coffee enthusiasts in your group. The dining area is perfect for family meals and board game nights. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, and the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom.

During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
