La propiedad esta en un buena ubicacion cerca de plaza catalunya y las Ramblas y el bartio gotico , y su gerente Julia es super amable y muy servicial , pienso rentarme en el mismo hostal en mis proximas vacaciones

The room was very clean and pleasant. Surprised there was just a small frosted window, nothing like you can see on property photos, so the room was dark. We were able to request iron which was very helpful. The hairdryer was decent too. Our AC broke and we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights but they managed to move us to a different room. Great location for tourist attractions - most of them walkable or there are three subway stations nearby. City tax upon arrival is cash only. I said I wish I knew it from the check-in instructions e-mail and receptionist said with confidence it was included so I apologised and left to get cash. Then I checked my inbox and there was no info about cash only.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist super freundlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch der Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Allerdings würde ich die Unterkunft lärmempfindlich Menschen nicht unbedingt empfehlen da die U-Bahn direkt untendrunter fährt. Uns hat es allerdings nicht sonderlich gestört und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unica nota positiva della struttura ricettiva è la posizione centrale a circa 700 metri delle Rambla. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, molto rumorosa finestre in legno con vetri fini e si sentivano i rumori della strada adiacente , strada molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte un pomeriggio ha piovuto e nonostante le finestre fossero chiuse è entrata l'acqua bagnando le valige . Il personale delle pulizie ,ha tolto le asciugamani ed hanno dimenticato di mettere quelle pulite , ed ho duvuto mandare una email per avere le asciugamani pulite ,in quanto ,nonostante fossere le 16 ,non.vi era nessuno nella reception. Dopo circa 1 ora è venuta una persona per portare le asciugamani pulite Il pagamento della tassa di soggiornare era stata maggiorato rispetto a quanto era stata scritto sul vaucher di Expedia, altra email per far evidenziare la discresia . Successivamente , mi è arrivata un nuovo pagamento con l importo concordato nel vaucher. Peccato , nel complesso giudizio negativo , non tornerò ne lo potrei consigliare .

O quarto era ótimo e o check-in muito prático, eles te falam todos os passos necessários para entrar no quarto e como fazer o check-out também. As amenidades eram muito boas, eles deixavam 2 garrafas de água todos os dias, além de cápsulas de café e bolachas para uso dos hóspedes, sem cobrar mais! A única reclamação é que eu pedi a reposição de um sabonete para banho no último dia, e não foi reposto. E também perguntei se tinha cofre no quarto antes da viagem, eles me disseram que tinha sim, mas chegando lá não tinha cofre no quarto.
