had stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, and it was good. now the property needs maintenance, specially the rooms. the location is perfect. nevertheless would not stay again considering there are many other options in Barcelona with similar offer and rates.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff were even better. However the bed - it was small and we could feel and hear the springs in it when moving around. Not the best nights sleep. It was also quite noisy, but mostly from the street outside.

Property has a perfect location, close to Plaza de Catalunya and to many major attractions of the city. Comfortable beds, good size room, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Barcelona.

Overall this was a fantastic experience, 5/5 all around. The front desk and lobby staff really shined. They were so helpful! My only advice if you’re staying is to bring/buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I found the products supplied by the hotel to be harsh and stripping. But there’s two grocery stores on the same block and pharmacies everywhere!

Modern and clean hotel in the prime location surrounded by shopping and tons of dinning options. Walking distance to many major attractions. Nice clean rooms (cleaned twice a day) with all necessary amenities and beautiful views. Friendly, accommodating staff, were happy to get us checked in early after a long flight. One of the best rooftops with spacious pool, indoor/outdoor bar that had great drinks, hip music and amazing 360 views of Barcelona. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We liked the location - walkable to Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, shopping, restaurants. It is clean, safe, staff is friendly. Our rooms were quiet because they did not face the main street.

I was greeted with champagne!!! Staff was so helpful and friendly! Bell guys are amazing from getting luggage to finding taxi. This property was very comfortable and eerything was at hand! The pool area was always very clean and quiet. It had an attached bar with beautiful views everywhere.

Samira at the front desk was amazing. Warm, friendly and very helpful. I don’t like elevators and she went out of her way to get me a room on a lower floor so I could take stairs. She is the reason I chose to stay again when we come back to Barcelona in a week!

We stayed at NH Collection for 5 nights with our two young adult children. We had 2 balcony rooms. We stayed here as the location was great and close to our youngest child who is currently studying abroad. Upon checking in, my husband and I wanted to nap as we had traveled from the US and been awake nearly 24 hrs. Our room was on the 10th floor directly below the 11th floor bar with live DJ. We requested a room change but couldn't move until the next day. The second night (in our new room), we discovered the air conditioning wasn't working. We spoke to them the next morning and were told we simply hadn't kept the key card in the slot (even though we had). The third night there was still no AC. Finally the 4th day, the manager sent workers up (& came herself climbing on a ladder in our room to feel the vent in the ceiling). The workers admitted the hotel is undergoing new AC coils and our room hadn't been updated yet. Our children's room was plenty cool so we knew what could be expected. They offered us 2 free drink tickets at the 11th floor lounge (which we declined). We spoke to them again and told them we were disappointed in our room. They told us to email the hotel branch manager. I emailed him the day we checked out and never received a response. We travel quite a bit and have never been treated so poorly. We paid for 2 "Superior rooms with balconies" for 5 nights. I would never stay at this hotel again.
