Positioned on the high ground with far reaching countryside views, this spacious semi-detached cottage forms part of the owner’s 16th century thatched Devon longhouse and retains some interesting features. Barnstaple is only a short drive and close by are the RHS gardens at Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and the historic fishing village at Clovelly. Popular North Devon beaches are within a ½-hour drive. There is walking on Dartmoor or cycle the Tarka Trail. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles. There is open water in the property grounds.
