“We descended on Salado for the eclipse. This cabin was adorable. It's small (like an efficiency apartment) but had everything my two kids, husband, and I needed. The location is perfect. You're right on the creek and shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are within easy walking distance. The outdoor space is wonderful. We'd definitely recommend to others and would return ourselves.”

“The place was great. There were extra measures taken to ensure privacy since this VRBO is in a person's backyard. However, there were many broken/cracked places in the flooring tile. It was clear a lot of DIY work had been done on the electrical and plumbing pieces of the house. Also, trains went by in the evening about every hour to hour and half, all night. It would have been good to know that prior to and I could have made better arrangements to sleep.”

“Cabin was perfect for our stay. Very private and quiet. Owner let us pet and feed the animals. Was nice sitting next to the fire pit star gazing. Onsite cook made and delivered all our delicious meals, she even delivered us some adult beverages from town. Owner was charming and accommodating. Overall had a wonderful time!”

“We had a wonderful time at this location. The home's setup was lovely, and we were tucked away from any other people on the property. There was plenty for us to do, between exploring the property, fishing in the pond, and relaxing on the porch. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. The kitchen is well prepped with the basics for your stay (pots, pans, utensils, plates). Coffee is a Keurig machine. We ended up having to go to a store for coffee pods (there were only tea...

“The Willow was a great retreat for this sibling reunion (myself & spouse, 1 sister, + 1 brother). We visited with other family members in Austin as well. The stay was a pleasure. When we had one bothersome issue, the owner responded promptly and made it go away. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool very much.”
