“We did not find the cabin emaculate as stated. Cob webs upstairs on the beams, light fixtures dusty, mold on the dryer seal and futon cover on the main floor looks to be dirty. There is a fowl smell coming from the basement from a old hot tub. I slept on the futon upstairs and needless to say for a 66 yr old women that was my bad but it is worn out. We could not get it folded back up before we left. The shade upstairs is missing and hanging slats so it allowed the light to shine in. As far……

“Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.”

“Such a beautiful and peaceful location! we came in late and left early the next morning. I wish we had stayed more than 1 night to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Very clean, nice hot water for the shower and comfy beds! Thank you! ”

“Property was clean (ie bedding, counters, bathroom) but was dark, even with the lights on. Bed was not as comfortable as home and pillows were flat. I booked, understanding that the cabin was close to the road. However, it was much much closer than anticipated, and not my preference. We received all the information needed prior to the stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the intent was to get away and relax. ”

“This was a perfect rustic place for me and my dog to stay while exploring the White Mountains, and there was a beautiful easy hike less than 10 minutes away! Plus there are restaurants and stores for whatever's needed. The rear deck overlooking the stream was really lovely, and the cabin was spacious.”
