When we went to our room, the bed was not made. The sheets were sitting on the bed folded up. Went to front desk to ask about it but they seemed to be too busy so we had to make the bed ourselves. It took hours to warm up. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very polite but he couldn't communicate very well as he couldn't speak english well but we managed lol . We were in room 122 but the back entrance to the parking lot was not shoveled. There was alot of snow and I use a cane or walker. I feel it should be shoveled and salted so nobody slips and gets hurt. We couldn't find the guide on the tv either not sure if there is one but usually there is. The room was very clean and well maintained. The microwave was not working but the staff immediately offered to gave it changed if we wanted. Carpet had large stains, only one light bulb was working in the bathroom so a little dark, tv had 5 channels but 3 were frozen sreadfast and the others froze intermittently. Room key wouldn't work on outside doors so needed to enter through main entrance. Staff were friendly especizlly housekeeping as she had to let us in the back dood when our key wouldn't work. The boy was stop the tv since we are looking for, put the food making noise to let us know to quit. He never be sorry, we think it had fun to act like this. Very bad breakfast experience.
