    Just 5 mins from LSU, this brand-new 3BR/3BA townhome is your perfect home base! With a master suite featuring a private bath, 2 bedrooms that include full-size beds paired with twin bed, and 3 full baths all with modern upgrades—this home creates the perfect opportunity for game days, getaways, & good times!

    The Space:

    - The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

    - Bedroom 2 includes 1 full-size bed paired with 1 twin size bed.

    - Bedroom 3 has 1 full-size bed paired with 1 twin size bed, great for guests of all ages.

    - 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks, and another 3rd downstairs bathroom with an additional shower.

    - Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

    - Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

    - Front and back porch.

    Door Code will be provided via message on the day of arrival.

This townhome was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was quite responsive. The check in and check out instructions were clear and concise. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Baton Rouge.

Great property!

This rental is in a great location for LSU activities. The living room furniture has been updated so isn't like the photos - it's even better in my opinion. Very comfortable couches to lounge on. The kitchen is fairly well stocked.

Not entirely. I would have assumed there would be a toaster ad regular kitchen item as well as oven mitts. Had plenty is salt but no pepper. All places we’ve stayed had these items please cooking spray.

Beautiful home away from home

The home may be more beautiful than pictured. It was clean and comfortable, with a stocked kitchen. There is much to explore within a 10 to 20 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet & friendly. All the bedrooms are upstairs. They are spacious.

Great Place to Stay in Baton Rouge

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Tiger Tracks townhome near the LSU campus. The home was exceptionally clean, modern, and inviting—exactly what we were hoping for. Its location was perfect for attending our events at the convention center downtown and exploring the surrounding Baton Rouge area. Everything from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful details made our stay easy and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! Great work to the managing team!

Went to an LSU football game and stayed at TIGER TRACKS townhome. Perfect location just 5 mins from Tiger Stadium. Very clean and well maintained. High quality furnishings and in a very safe location. Our host communicated well and kept us informed. Quiet area which surprised us being that close to campus!

Simple, wonderful design, very clean and comfortable.The only thing missing to make any stay perfect was a hairdryer.And two small suggestions: some cooking essentials (i.e. salt, oil, etc.) would be nice; unless you provide coffee for the entire stay, replace the coffee maker with a regular one.Overall, wonderful

Very nice house! Extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. Also, it would have been nice if there were blinds on the front door. You can clearly see inside of the house at night and it doesn't offer any privacy. There's a long hallway at the entrance to the house which we used to our advantage, plus we weren't downstairs much, so it worked out...Just a suggestion. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again!

This was our third booking with Mateo and his amazing group. Clean, comfortable and located in a great neighborhood. Check in was seamless and easy. Great amenities, comfortable bed and spacious living/kitchen area. Communication was easy and prompt. Like I said in past postings ….. WE WILL BE BACK.
