I di not like the poor customer service on the part of the two women who worked the evening I checked in. One was on the phone for 10 minites without acknowledging the fact that I had walked up to the desk. I told one that I was having internet trouble and she brushed off my issue saying that I was the only one with the problem and she behaved as if I was inconvenencing her by disturbing what she was watching on her phone. I needed the internet for this business trip, but could not enter sensitive passwords on the public computers in the business center. The problem was never resolved and I didnt pursue it because of the attitudes on the part of the staff member named Clara. This soured what might have been an otherwise good business trip.

Great stay, quiet, comfortable, clean. Everything in the room seemed up to date and well maintained. Nothing deteriorating. Very attentive staff and my stay ended being a few bucks less than quoted on Expedia. So overall 10 out of 10 and would absolutely stay here again. Keep it up

As a last minute decision, this hotel was great! To be honest, the only reason I gave the rating of Good for Staff & Service is because of the staff at breakfast. It seemed that the people working the buffet area were not as nice as everyone else I met in the hotel, and I was only there for one day. The people at the front desk were super friendly and very helpful, with smiles on their face always! The one thing I found unique about this hotel was the text I received after check-in. I was greeted again through text, and was told I could reach out at any time if my family and I needed anything. We stayed in the room with two queen beds, and a sofa bed, and it was very spacious. I would go back to this hotel. Thank you!
