"Stayed for a long weekend to recover from a traumatic family loss. Severe cold caused the drains to freeze in the home and water backed up into the kitchen floor while we were cooking dinner. After about 2 hours of frantic calls back and forth with the on call property manager and the maintenance man, we determined the property was not functional, as we could not use the bathrooms or kitchen sink. We stayed for the weekend and unfortunately it rained all day Saturday, but even at that we just drove around Innsbrook and enjoyed the fall foliage and all the deer. The cabin was just as pictures and very comfortable. "
